Rights Shares definition

Rights Shares means the shares of Common Stock issuable or issued upon the exercise of the Rights.

Rights Shares means the shares of Series E Preferred Stock issuable upon exercise of the Series E Purchase Rights and the shares of the Common Stock issuable upon conversion of such shares of Series E Preferred Stock.

• Prior to the exercise of the Rights evidenced thereby, the Rights Certificate holders will not be entitled to any stockholder rights with respect to Rights Shares, including, without limitation, the right to vote, to receive dividends or other distributions, or to exercise any preemptive rights, and will not be entitled to receive any notice of any proceedings of the Company, except as provided in this Agreement.

• The Warrant Shares and the Registration Rights Shares have been duly authorized and reserved.

Rights Shares means shares of Common Stock issued and sold in the Rights Offering. “Securities Act” means the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.

Rights Shares means 104,657,587 Shares the subject of the Rights Issue;

Rights Shares means the new Share(s) allotted and issued pursuant to the Rights Issue Underwriting Agreement.
