Rights Offering Subscription Agent definition

Rights Offering Subscription Agent means a subscription agent appointed by the Company and satisfactory to the Requisite Commitment Parties.

Rights Offering Subscription Agent means Epiq, or another subscription agent appointed by the Credit Parties and reasonably satisfactory to the Requisite Backstop Parties.

• The Company and the Rights Offering Subscription Agent shall promptly provide any written backup, information and documentation relating to the information contained in the Funding Notice as any Backstop Party may reasonably request.
