Rights of Use definition

Rights of Use has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2 of the Support ------------- ----------- Agreement.
Rights of Use means rights to use the distribution facilities of a Cable Subsidiary's cable system to provide Local Telephony Services or Advanced Data Services, as applicable, to end users connected to such distribution facilities.

More Definitions of Rights of Use

Rights of Use means, collectively, the license and rights referred to in Section 3.10(a) and (b) respectively, of this Agreement.
