Right-of-Way Permit means either the excavation permit or the obstruction permit, or both, depending on the context, required by this chapter.
Right-of-Way Permit means the authorization to excavate for the construction, installation, repair or maintenance of any type of facility within the right-of-way.
Right-of-Way Permit means an approval from the Borough, setting forth applicant’s compliance with the requirements of this Chapter.
