RFR definition

RFR when used in reference to any Loan or Borrowing, refers to whether such Loan is, or the Loans constituting such Borrowing are, bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to Daily Simple RFR.
RFR means, for any Obligations, interest, fees, commissions or other amounts denominated in, or calculated with respect to, (a) Pounds Xxxxxxxx, XXXXX, and (b) Japanese Yen, TONAR.
RFR means the rate specified as such in the Reference Rate Terms.

Examples of RFR in a sentence

  • Wherever in this Agreement in connection with a Borrowing, conversion, continuation or prepayment of a Term Benchmark Loan or RFR Loan or the issuance, amendment or extension of a Letter of Credit, an amount, such as a required minimum or multiple amount, is expressed in Dollars, but such Borrowing, Loan or Letter of Credit is denominated in a Foreign Currency, such amount shall be the relevant Foreign Currency Equivalent of such Dollar amount (rounded to the nearest 1,000 units of such Foreign Currency).

  • Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the Borrower shall not be entitled to request (or to elect to convert to or continue as a Term Benchmark Borrowing or RFR Borrowing) any Borrowing if the Interest Period requested therefor would end after the Maturity Date.

  • The Administrative Agent and its affiliates or other related entities may engage in transactions that affect the calculation of the Alternate Base Rate, the Daily Simple RFR, Term SOFR, the CDO RateTerm XXXXX, the Adjusted EURIBO Rate, the AUD Rate, the XXXXX Xxxx or any alternative, successor or replacement rate (including any Benchmark Replacement) or any relevant adjustments thereto, in each case, in a manner adverse to the Borrower.
