Reward Program definition

Reward Program means the cash back rewards program offered by Bank pursuant to the [TruRewards Terms and Conditions] as such terms and conditions may be modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof and this Agreement, and which terms are incorporated herein by reference. Transaction – A credit transaction made to the Account, whether through the use of a Card or otherwise, and includes a Purchase, Balance Transfer and Cash Advance.

Reward Program means the programme under which Co-Brand Cardmembers are entitled to accumulate the Clubcard Points which will be transferred into Tesco Vouchers (as hereinafter defined) and receive the Cash Back.

• All Division employees, and peace officers that report violation(s) to the Division as part of their law enforcement duties, are ineligible for the TIPs Reward Program.

Reward Program means Client’s reward program (incentives, rewards, calls to action) created and managed by Client through the KARROT Platform and made available to Program Participant’s via the Program Participant Portal.
