  • The Borrower hereby unconditionally and irrevocably authorizes, empowers, and directs the Swing Line Lender to make such requests for Revolving Borrowings on behalf of the Borrower, and the Lenders to make Revolving Tranche A Advances to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Swing Line Lender in satisfaction of such obligations.

  • Tranche A Loans means the Loans made pursuant to the Tranche A Commitment.
