Revolving Outstanding Amount definition

Revolving Outstanding Amount means, as of any date of determination, the sum of (a) the aggregate outstanding principal amount of all Revolving Advances plus (b) the Letter of Credit Exposure plus (c) the aggregate outstanding amount of all Swingline Advances.
Revolving Outstanding Amount means, with respect to any Revolving Lender as of any date of determination, an amount equal to the sum of the aggregate outstanding principal amount of all outstanding Revolving Loans of such Revolving Lender.

Revolving Outstanding Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(e)(ii). ''U.S. Revolving Unused Commitment'' means, at any time, the amount by which (i) the then U.S. Revolving Committed Amount exceeds (ii) the then U.S. Revolving Outstanding Amount. ''U.S. Securities Act'' means the U.S. Securities Act of 1933 and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder as amended or replaced from time to time.

Unless otherwise specified herein, the amount of a Letter of Credit at any time shall be deemed to be the stated amount of such Letter of Credit in effect at such time; provided, that with respect to any Letter of Credit that, by its terms or the terms of any document related thereto, provides for one or more automatic increases in the stated amount thereof, the amount of such Letter of Credit shall be deemed to be the maximum stated amount of such Letter of Credit after giving effect to all such increases, whether or not such maximum stated amount is in effect at such time.
