Revolving Obligations definition

Revolving Obligations means, collectively, the Revolving Loans, the Swingline Loans and the LOC Obligations.

  • Voluntary prepayments on the Revolving Obligations will be paid by the Administrative Agent to the Lenders ratably in accordance with their respective interests therein.

Revolving Obligations means the “Obligations” as defined in the Revolving Credit Agreement.
