Revolving Notes definition

Revolving Notes means the promissory notes of the Borrower in favor of each of the Lenders evidencing the Revolving Loans provided pursuant to Section 2.1(e), individually or collectively, as appropriate, as such promissory notes may be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed or replaced from time to time.
Revolving Notes means (i) any promissory notes of Company issued pursuant to subsection 2.1E to evidence the Revolving Loans of any Lenders and (ii) any promissory notes issued by Company pursuant to the last sentence of subsection 10.1B(i) in connection with assignments of the Revolving Loan Commitments and Revolving Loans of any Lenders, in each case substantially in the form of EXHIBIT VII annexed hereto, as they may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Revolving Notes means any promissory notes of Company issued pursuant to subsection 2.1E to evidence the Revolving Loans of any Revolving Lenders, substantially in the form of Exhibit V annexed hereto.

  • The obligations under the August 27, 2014 Credit and Security Agreement, the amendments thereto and the Revolving Notes executed and delivered pursuant to such amendments (the “ Spectrum Borrowers Revolving Credit Obligations”) are secured by dulyperfected security interests in substantially all of the assets of the Spectrum Borrowers, including all accounts receivable, proceeds thereof and deposit accounts.

More Definitions of Revolving Notes

Revolving Notes shall have the meanings specified in Section 1.2 hereof.
