Revolving Bank definition

Revolving Bank means each Bank that has a Revolving Commitment or that is a holder of a Revolving Loan made under the Revolving Commitments.

The initial Revolving Commitment Percentage of each Bank is set forth on Schedule 2.1. “Revolving Committed Amount” means, with respect to each Bank, the amount of such Bank’s Revolving Commitment, as such amount may from time to time be reduced in accordance with the provisions hereof. The initial Revolving Committed Amount of each Bank on the Closing Date is set forth on Schedule 2.1. “Revolving Exposure” means, as to any Bank at any time, the aggregate principal amount at such time of its outstanding Revolving Loans and such Bank’s participation in LOC Obligations and Swingline Loans at such time. “Revolving Loans” has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.1(a). “Revolving Obligations” means the aggregate Outstanding Amount of all Revolving Loans, Swingline Loans and LOC Obligations.
