Revolving Alternative Currency definition

Revolving Alternative Currency means Euro and Canadian Dollars and any other currencies as shall be agreed from time to time among the Administrative Agent, each Revolving Credit Lender, each applicable L/C Issuer and the Borrower.
Revolving Alternative Currency means Euro, British Pound Sterling and any other currencies as shall be agreed from time to time among the Administrative Agent, each Revolving Credit Lender, each applicable L/C Issuer and the Lead Borrower.

Examples of Revolving Alternative Currency in a sentence

  • In the case of a Letter of Credit denominated in any Revolving Alternative Currency, the applicable Borrower shall reimburse the L/C Issuer in such currency, unless (A) such Borrower shall have notified the relevant L/C Issuer promptly following receipt of the notice of drawing that such Borrower will reimburse such L/C Issuer in Dollars or (B) such Borrower shall have requested that such payment be financed with a Revolving Credit Borrowing.

  • If the Borrowers fail to specify a Type of Loan in a Committed Loan Notice or fail to give a timely notice requesting a conversion or continuation, then the applicable Loans shall be made or continued as, or converted to (x) with respect to Loans denominated in Dollars, Base Rate Loans and (y) with respect to Loans denominated in any Revolving Alternative Currency, Eurocurrency Rate Loans with an Interest Period of one month.

  • The Dollar Equivalent of any L/C Borrowing made by any L/C Issuer in any Revolving Alternative Currency and not reimbursed by the Borrowers shall be determined as set forth in Section 2.03(c).

  • The Administrative Agent shall notify the applicable Borrower, the applicable Lenders and the applicable L/C Issuer of each calculation of the Dollar Equivalent of each Letter of Credit denominated in any Revolving Alternative Currency and each Borrowing in any Revolving Alternative Currency.

  • Revolving Credit Loans denominated in Dollars may be Base Rate Loans or Eurocurrency Rate Loans, and Revolving Credit Loans denominated in any Revolving Alternative Currency shall be Eurocurrency Rate Loans, as further provided herein.

  • If no currency is specified with respect to any Eurocurrency Rate Revolving Credit Borrowing, then the Borrowers shall be deemed to have selected Dollars; provided that the Borrowers may not elect to convert any Borrowing denominated in a Revolving Alternative Currency to a Base Rate Loan and may not change the currency in which any Borrowing is denominated.

  • Channel runoff to gardens and low-­‐lying areas on the development site and on individual lots.

Related to Revolving Alternative Currency

  • Alternative Currency means each of Euro, Sterling, Yen and each other currency (other than Dollars) that is approved in accordance with Section 1.07.

  • Alternative Currency Daily Rate means, for any day, with respect to any Credit Extension:

  • Alternate Currency means (i) with respect to any Letter of Credit, Canadian Dollars, Euros, Pound Sterling, Swiss Francs, Mexican Pesos, Australian Dollars and any other currency other than Dollars as may be acceptable to the Administrative Agent and the Issuing Bank with respect thereto in their sole discretion and (ii) with respect to any Loan, any currency other than Dollars that is approved in accordance with Section 1.05.

  • Alternative Currency Term Rate Loan means a Loan that bears interest at a rate based on the definition of “Alternative Currency Term Rate.” All Alternative Currency Term Rate Loans must be denominated in an Alternative Currency.

  • Alternate Currency Loan means any Loan denominated in an Alternate Currency.

  • Offshore Currency Loan means any Offshore Rate Loan denominated in an Offshore Currency.

  • Canadian Revolving Loan means Loans made by a Lender in respect of its Canadian Revolving Commitment to the U.S. Borrower pursuant to Section 2.02(c) and/or Section 2.24.

  • Alternative Currency Term Rate means, for any Interest Period, with respect to any Credit Extension:

  • Canadian Revolving Loans means the Loans extended by the Canadian Revolving Lenders to the Canadian Borrower pursuant to Section 2.01(b).

  • Alternate Currency Letter of Credit means any Letter of Credit denominated in an Alternate Currency.

  • Revolving Credit Advance means an advance by a Bank to a Borrower as part of a Revolving Credit Borrowing and refers to a Base Rate Advance or a Eurocurrency Rate Advance, each of which shall be a “Type” of Advance.

  • Canadian Revolving Commitment means, with respect to each Revolving Lender, the commitment, if any, of such Revolving Lender to make Canadian Revolving Loans hereunder up to the amount set forth on Schedule I to the Lender Addendum executed and delivered by such Lender or in the Assignment and Assumption pursuant to which such lender assumed its Canadian Revolving Commitment. The Canadian Revolving Commitment of each Revolving Lender is a sub-commitment of its Revolving Commitment and, as such, may be (a) reduced from time to time pursuant to Section 2.07 and (b) reduced or increased from time to time pursuant to assignments by or to such Revolving Lender pursuant to Section 11.04. The aggregate amount of the Lenders’ Canadian Revolving Commitments on the Closing Date is $40 million.

  • Revolving Credit Loan has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(b).

  • Revolving Credit Loans as defined in Section 2.1.

  • Offshore Currency means any lawful currency (other than dollars) that the relevant Issuing Bank with respect to any Offshore Currency Letter of Credit, in its sole reasonable opinion, at any time determines to be (a) freely traded in the offshore interbank foreign exchange markets, (b) freely transferable and (c) freely convertible into dollars.

  • Revolving Credit Advances has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.1.

  • Revolving Dollar Credit Exposure means, with respect to any Lender at any time, the sum of the outstanding principal amount of such Lender’s Syndicated Loans, and its LC Exposure and Swingline Exposure, at such time made or incurred under the Dollar Commitments.

  • Canadian Swingline Loan means any Loan made by the Canadian Swingline Lender pursuant to Section 2.12.

  • Applicable Currency means as to any particular payment or Loan, Dollars or the Alternative Currency in which such payment or Loan is denominated or is payable.

  • Eurocurrency Revolving Facility Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Eurocurrency Revolving Loans.
