Revolving Agent definition

Revolving Agent means the collateral agent (or the administrative agent acting as collateral agent) under any Revolving Credit Agreement, and its successors and assigns in such capacity and, from and after the execution of a Revolving Credit Substitute Facility, one or more other agents, collateral agents, trustees or similar contractual representatives for one or more holders of indebtedness or other Obligations evidenced thereunder or governed thereby and its successors and assigns in such capacity, but in no event shall any Obligor or Affiliate thereof be, or appoint, the Revolving Agent.
Revolving Agent has the meaning ascribed to such term in the preamble.
Revolving Agent means the “Administrative Agent” as defined in the Revolving Credit Agreement.

Examples of Revolving Agent in a sentence

  • The Administrative Agent and the Revolving Agent, as applicable, may deem and treat the payee of any Note, as applicable, as the owner thereof for all purposes unless a written notice of assignment, negotiation or transfer thereof shall have been filed with the Administrative Agent or the Revolving Agent.

  • Such amounts made available to Revolving Agent under clause (2) of the immediately preceding sentence shall be applied against the amounts of the applicable Swingline Advances or Extraordinary Advances and shall constitute Revolving Loans of such Revolving Lenders.
