Revolving Advance definition

Revolving Advance has the meaning given in Section 2.1.
Revolving Advance means an advance by a Lender to the Borrower as part of a Borrowing, including a Base Rate Advance made pursuant to Section 2.03(c), but excluding any L/C Advance made as part of an L/C Borrowing and any Swingline Advance, and refers to a Base Rate Advance or a Eurodollar Rate Advance (each of which shall be a Type of Revolving Advance).
Revolving Advance means an Advance comprised of Revolving Loans.

Examples of Revolving Advance in a sentence

  • Should any amount required to be paid as interest hereunder, or as fees or other charges under this Agreement or any other agreement with Agent or Lenders, or with respect to any other Obligation, become due, same shall be deemed a request for a Revolving Advance as of the date such payment is due, in the amount required to pay in full such interest, fee, charge or Obligation under this Agreement or any other agreement with Agent or Lenders, and such request shall be irrevocable.

  • All of Agent’s expenses of preserving the Collateral, including any expenses relating to the bonding of a custodian, shall be charged to Borrowers’ Account as a Revolving Advance maintained as a Domestic Rate Loan and added to the Obligations.

  • If any Borrower fails to obtain insurance as hereinabove provided, or to keep the same in force, Agent, if Agent so elects, may obtain such insurance and pay the premium therefor on behalf of such Borrower, and charge Borrowers’ Account therefor as a Revolving Advance of a Domestic Rate Loan and such expenses so paid shall be part of the Obligations.

  • All charges, expenses and fees Agent may incur in doing any of the foregoing, and any local taxes relating thereto, shall be charged to Borrowers’ Account as a Revolving Advance of a Domestic Rate Loan and added to the Obligations, or, at Agent’s option, shall be paid to Agent for its benefit and for the ratable benefit of Lenders immediately upon demand.

  • Any sums expended by Agent or any Lender due to any Borrower’s failure to perform or comply with its obligations under this Agreement or any Other Document including any Borrower’s obligations under Sections 4.2, 4.4, 4.12, 4.13, 4.14 and 6.1 hereof, may be charged to Borrowers’ Account as a Revolving Advance and added to the Obligations.


More Definitions of Revolving Advance

Revolving Advance means any advance by a Lender to the Borrower as part of a Revolving Borrowing.
Revolving Advance or “Revolving Advances” means an advance (or advances) under the Revolving Line.
