Revolver Agent definition

Revolver Agent means the administrative agent under the Credit Agreement.
Revolver Agent has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.
Revolver Agent means MSSF, as administrative agent under the Revolving Credit Facility, and any successors thereto.

  • Payment of all fees and expenses due to the Administrative Agent, the Revolver Agent and the Lenders and required to be paid on the Closing Date, to the extent invoiced at least three Business Days prior to the Closing Date (except as otherwise reasonably agreed by the Borrower).

  • This Agreement is made and entered into for the sole protection and legal benefit of the Borrower, the Lenders, the L/C Issuers party hereto, the Administrative Agent, the Revolver Agent and, subject to the provisions of Section 8.11 hereof, each other Secured Party, and their permitted successors and assigns, and no other Person shall be a direct or indirect legal beneficiary of, or have any direct or indirect cause of action or claim in connection with, this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents.

Revolver Agent means UMB in its capacity as revolver agent for the Revolving Lenders hereunder, and any successor revolver agent.
Revolver Agent means, GS Bank (and any of its Affiliates selected by GS Bank), in its capacity as agent under the DIP Revolving Facility and the Exit Revolving Facility, or any successor revolver agent appointed in accordance with Section 9.09.
Revolver Agent means Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Bank USA, in its capacity as administrative agent for the lenders and other secured parties under (x) prior to the Conversion Date, the DIP Revolver Credit Agreement, together with its successors and permitted assigns under the DIP Revolver Credit Agreement and (y) after the Conversion Date, the Exit Restated Credit Agreement with respect to the Exit Revolving Facility, together with its successors and permitted assigns under the Exit Restated Credit Agreement.
Revolver Agent means the Original Revolver Agent, and, from and after the date of execution and delivery of a Revolver Substitute Credit Facility, the agent, collateral agent, trustee or other representative of the lenders or holders of the indebtedness and other Obligations evidenced thereunder or governed thereby, in each case, together with its successors in such capacity.
Revolver Agent means DB in its capacity as administrative agent for the lenders under the Revolving Credit Facility, and any successor agent in such capacity.
Revolver Agent has the meaning provided in the first paragraph of this Agreement and shall include any successor to the Revolver Agent appointed pursuant to Section 9.06.
Revolver Agent means the Revolver Administrative Agent and/or the Revolver Collateral Agent, as the case may be.
