Revocation Period definition

Revocation Period means the seven calendar day (or other longer legally required calendar day) period immediately following the date the Participant signs the Severance Agreement during which a Participant who is either: (i) at least forty (40) years old; or (ii) is under forty (40) years old and is employed in a state that requires a specific Revocation Period, may revoke his or her signed Severance Agreement. To be effective, a written request to revoke must be received by the Administrator (as defined by applicable law) no later than 5:00 p.m. PST on the seventh calendar day (or other longer period required by law) from the date the Participant signed the Severance Agreement or, if mailed, be postmarked no later than the seventh calendar day (or other longer period required by law) from the date the Participant signed the Severance Agreement.

Revocation Period means the period during which the Executive may revoke an executed Waiver and Release following a Qualifying Termination, as provided in Section 6 of the Waiver and Release.

Revocation Period. Employee’s consent to this Agreement by executing and delivering a written notice of revocation to the Company. No such revocation by Employee shall be effective unless it is in writing and signed by Employee and received by the Company prior to the expiration of the Revocation Period. Upon delivery of a notice of revocation to the Company, the obligations of the Parties under this Agreement shall be void and unenforceable, with the exception of Employee’s obligation to keep this Agreement confidential under Section 4 above.

Examples of Revocation Period in a sentence

• If any Federal, State or Local laws, regulations, or ordinances require that the Revocation Period is for more time than stated, this Agreement shall adhere to any minimum required time-period and the Employee shall have the same rights to revoke this Agreement.

• J is irrevocable except that Participant may, on any Business Day during the Annual Revocation Period, deliver a notice substantially in the form of Exhibit 2 to this Annex J to designate the next Annual Revocation Date as the last date on which any Counterparty may accept this Annex J in respect of any Covered Master Agreement then or in the future between the Counterparty and such Participant, as provided in clause A of Section V.

• Following return to Employer of this Agreement signed by General Manager and expiration of the Revocation Period, without General Manager's having revoked, Employer shall make the applicable Severance Allotment Payment provided for pursuant to Section 16(a)(2) of the Employment Agreement with Employer.

• Participant may, during the Annual Revocation Period (as defined below), deliver a notice substantially in the form of Exhibit 2 to this Annex J (a “Prospective Revocation Notice”) to designate the next Annual Revocation Date (as defined below) as the latest date on which any Counterparty may accept this Annex J in respect of any Covered Master Agreement then or in the future between the Participant and such Counterparty.

• The Second Severance Payment shall be made with 10 business days after the Revocation Period in Paragraph 14 below expires.

More Definitions of Revocation Period

Revocation Period means the period under section 22, within which a consent to an adoption may be revoked;

Revocation Period means the seven (7) calendar day period after Employee signs this Agreement, not counting the day Employee actually signs it.

Revocation Period means the period of time during which a Participant may revoke his or her waiver and release of claims executed pursuant to Article 5.1 of the Plan.

Revocation Period means the period set forth in the General Release during which Employee may revoke such General Release.

Revocation Period. Upon a termination as outlined in Section 4 or Section 5, if the Executive executes the then current Severance Agreement and Release (Severance Agreement) he will be provided with a 7 day timeframe during which he can rescind his execution of the Severance Agreement (Revocation Period) by providing the ESCO Representative with a written notice of such revocation. If the execution of the Severance Agreement is not revoked during this Revocation Period, it will be effective on the 8th day, “Severance Effective Date,” and payments will be made in accordance with this Agreement. ​

Revocation Period means the seven (7) calendar day period following the date that an Eligible Team Member signs a waiver and release agreement during which the team member may revoke such agreement, as described in Section 4.1 of this document titled “Waiver and Release Agreement”.

Revocation Period means the period of time immediately following the date a Participant signs an Agreement that he has to revoke such Agreement, with such period of time specified in the Agreement.
