If any Federal, State or Local laws, regulations, or ordinances require that the Revocation Period is for more time than stated, this Agreement shall adhere to any minimum required time-period and the Employee shall have the same rights to revoke this Agreement.
J is irrevocable except that Participant may, on any Business Day during the Annual Revocation Period, deliver a notice substantially in the form of Exhibit 2 to this Annex J to designate the next Annual Revocation Date as the last date on which any Counterparty may accept this Annex J in respect of any Covered Master Agreement then or in the future between the Counterparty and such Participant, as provided in clause A of Section V.
Following return to Employer of this Agreement signed by General Manager and expiration of the Revocation Period, without General Manager's having revoked, Employer shall make the applicable Severance Allotment Payment provided for pursuant to Section 16(a)(2) of the Employment Agreement with Employer.

The Second Severance Payment shall be made with 10 business days after the Revocation Period in Paragraph 14 below expires.
