Revisional Authority means an authority appointed or authorised for revision of decision or orders as referred to in section 108;

Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal would be constituted by the Central Government for hearing appeals against the orders passed by the Appellate Authority or the Revisional Authority.

III In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20 and section 21 of the Goa, Daman and Diu Registration of Tourist Trade Act, 1982 (Act No. 10 of 1982), the Government of Goa, Daman & Diu hereby appoints the Secretary (Finance) to the Government of Goa, Daman & Diu as the Appellate Authority, and the Chief Secretary to the Government of Goa, Daman and Diu as the Revisional Authority for the purpose of the said Act.
