Reviewing agency means any of the following officers, agencies or tribes:¶
Reviewing agency. Means an agency which is entitled to review and make recommendations concerning a land division prior to the Committee action.

Reviewing agency means any State Agency assigned by the Office to review and provide comments regarding an Application or any portion thereof.
