Review Satisfaction Date definition

Review Satisfaction Date means, with respect to any Asset Review, the first date on which (a) the Delinquency Percentage for any Payment Date exceeds the Delinquency Trigger and (b) a Noteholder Direction with respect to such Asset Review has occurred.

More Definitions of Review Satisfaction Date

Review Satisfaction Date means the date on which the Noteholders have voted to cause Vendor to conduct an Asset Representations Review pursuant to Section 13.05 of the Indenture.
