Review Receivable definition

Review Receivable has the meaning designated in Section 1.02 of the Asset Representations Review Agreement.
Review Receivable means, for a Review, the Receivables more than 60 days Delinquent as of the last day of the Collection Period before the Review Demand Date stated in the Review Notice.
Review Receivable means, for a Review, each Receivable in an Account that has been designated as “status” by the Servicer as of the last day of the Collection Period before the Review Demand Date stated in the Review Notice.

Examples of Review Receivable in a sentence

  • If any Review Receivable was included in a prior Review, the Asset Representations Reviewer will not conduct additional Tests on such Review Receivable, but will include the previously reported Test results in the Review Report for the current Review.

  • However, no Review Fee will be charged for any Review Receivable which was included in a prior Review, unless an additional Review is required under Section 3.03(d), or for which no Tests were completed prior to the Asset Representations Reviewer being notified of a termination of the Review according to Section 3.03(e) or due to missing or insufficient Review Materials under Section 3.02(b).

  • Following the completion of a Review and the delivery of the related Review Report pursuant to Section 3.04, or the termination of a Review according to Section 3.03(e), and the delivery to the Indenture Trustee and the Servicer of a detailed invoice, the Asset Representations Reviewer will be entitled to a fee of $200.00 for each Review Receivable for which the Review was started (the “Review Fee”).

  • The Asset Representations Reviewer will ensure that these systems allow for each Review Receivable and the related Review Materials to be individually tracked and stored as contemplated by this Agreement.

  • If the Review Receivable is the subject of a representation or warranty as of a date after the completion of the prior Review, or the Asset Representations Reviewer has reason to believe that a prior Review was conducted in a manner that would not have ascertained compliance with a specific representation or warranty, a new Review will be conducted for such Review Receivable and shall be included in the Review Report.

  • If a Review Receivable that was the subject of a Review becomes the subject of a dispute resolution proceeding under Section 3.3 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement, the Asset Representations Reviewer will participate in the dispute resolution proceeding on request of a party to the proceeding.

  • Within five (5) days after the end of the applicable Review period under Section 3.03(b), the Asset Representations Reviewer will deliver to the Issuing Entity and the Servicer a Review Report indicating for each Review Receivable whether there was a Test Pass, Test Fail or Test Complete for each related Test.

  • For each Test and Review Receivable, the Asset Representations Reviewer will determine if the Test has been satisfied (a “Test Pass”) or if the Test has not been satisfied (a “Test Fail”).

  • For a Review, the Asset Representations Reviewer will perform, for each Review Receivable, the procedures listed under “Tests” in Schedule B for each Eligible Representation.

  • Subject to the following sentence, if the same Test is required for more than one representation and warranty, the Asset Representations Reviewer will only perform the Test once for each Review Receivable, but will report the results of the Test for each applicable representation and warranty on the Review Report.


More Definitions of Review Receivable

Review Receivable means, for a Review, the 60-Day Delinquent Receivables as of the last day of the Collection Period before the date on which a Review Notice is delivered pursuant to Section 14.2 of the Indenture.

Related to Review Receivable

  • Subject Receivables means, for any Asset Representations Review, all Receivables outstanding and held by the Issuer that are more than 60 days delinquent as of the first day on which the Review Conditions are satisfied.

  • Account Receivable means, with respect to any Person, any right of such person to payment for goods sold or leased or for services rendered, whether or not evidenced by an instrument or chattel paper and whether or not yet earned by performance.

  • Purchased Receivable means a Receivable purchased as of the close of business on the last day of a Collection Period by the Servicer pursuant to Sections 4.2, 4.4(c) or 4.7 or repurchased by the Seller or the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.2 or Section 10.1(a).

  • Receivable any right to payment for goods sold or leased or for services rendered, whether or not such right is evidenced by an Instrument or Chattel Paper and whether or not it has been earned by performance (including, without limitation, any Account).

  • Delinquent Receivable means any Receivable that is not a Liquidated Receivable and which the related Obligor fails to make at least 90% of the related Scheduled Receivables Payment by the date on which it is due and remains unpaid for more than sixty (60) days from the original payment due date.

  • Review Report means, for an Asset Review, the report of the Asset Representations Reviewer prepared according to Section 3.5.

  • Repurchased Receivable means a Receivable purchased by Santander Consumer pursuant to Section 3.4 of the Purchase Agreement or by the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.6 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Liquidated Receivable means any Receivable liquidated by the Servicer through the sale or other disposition of the related Financed Equipment or that the Servicer has, after using all reasonable efforts to realize upon the Financed Equipment, determined to charge off without realizing upon the Financed Equipment.
