Review Officer means the officer of the Adviser designated from time to time by the Adviser to receive and review reports of purchases and sales by Access Persons. The term “Alternative Review Officer” means the officer of the Adviser designated from time to time by the Adviser to receive and review reports of purchases and sales by the Review Officer, and who shall act in all respects in the manner prescribed herein for the Review Officer. It is recognized that a different Review Officer and Alternative Review Officer may be designated with respect to each Adviser.

Review Officer means the person designated by the Advisers’ Ethics Committee2 as responsible for the review of personal trading activity conducted by Access/Advisory Persons.3

More Definitions of Review Officer

Review Officer means the person charged with the responsibility, at any given time, to pre-clear trades, grant exceptions to prohibitions under the Code, receive reports and notices required by this Code to be generated, and to accomplish any other requirement of this Code related to the oversight of activities, the exercise of discretion or the making of decisions relating to the activities of persons covered by this Code.

Review Officer means the person responsible for receiving and reviewing quarterly and annual reports submitted by the Independent Directors as designated on Appendices A, B and C, respectively.
