Review Fee definition

Review Fee has the meaning stated in Section 4.3(b).
Review Fee means the three thousand dollar ($3,000) fee payable to Funding Lender in connection with the review of requests from the Borrower in connection with events requiring the consent and/or approval of the Funding Lender, including, but not limited to, subordinate financings and easements.
Review Fee with respect to each Payment Date, means the fee, if any, payable to the Diligence Provider for the services provided by it pursuant to the Monitoring Agreement and any expenses due to field work or out of pocket expenses pursuant to the Monitoring Agreement for the month in which such Payment Date occurs.

More Definitions of Review Fee

Review Fee means the non-refundable fee of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000) payable to Lender in connection with a Transfer for which Lender’s consent is required (including any assumption of the Mortgage Loan).
