Reversion Rights definition

Reversion Rights means those rights of reversion provided to Eurotech in the Assignment.
Reversion Rights. In the event an employee is promoted and is released from their probationary status in their promoted position, the employee may be returned to a position in his/her form class if the position is vacant or if there is an equivalent vacant position per Personnel Commission Rule 9.3.3.1. In the event that an employee is promoted and is released from their probationary status and subsequently is separated from the permanent classified service, he/she shall have full appeal rights as if the employee had completed permanency in his/her present class per Personnel Commission Rule, 19.1.11. In the event that the Personnel Commission Rules change in relation to this definition, this definition will reflect that change.
Reversion Rights means the rights of an employee to revert back to his/her former position in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement;

Related to Reversion Rights
