Reversion Product definition

Reversion Product means, with respect to any Terminated Region(s), any Licensed Product that is or has been the subject of clinical Development or Commercialization hereunder.
Reversion Product shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12.7.3(a).
Reversion Product means any product that contains a Reversion Compound.

Reversion Product means, with respect to a Terminated Territory, a Licensed Product, that is not a Combination Product, Directed to a Terminated Target in such CERTAIN CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS DOCUMENT, MARKED BY [***], HAS BEEN OMITTED BECAUSE IT IS NOT MATERIAL AND WOULD LIKELY CAUSE COMPETITIVE HARM TO THE COMPANY IF PUBLICLY DISCLOSED. Reversion Product means any Qualifying Terminated Product that Specifically Binds to a Terminated Target that is being actively Developed or Commercialized by Novartis, its Affiliate or Sublicensee as of the applicable notice of termination or, if no such Qualifying Terminated Product that Specifically Binds to such Terminated Target is being actively Developed or Commercialized by Novartis, its Affiliate or Sublicensee as of such time, the most recent Qualifying Terminated Product that Specifically Binds to such Terminated Target to have been under Development or Commercialization by Novartis, its Affiliate or Sublicensee.
