Revenue CAGR means the 3-year compound annual growth rate in the Company’s revenue during the Performance Period. For the purposes of calculating Revenue CAGR under this Agreement, the revenue shall be adjusted to reflect foreign exchange and proforma revenue in the base year 2021 (adjusted for acquisitions and divestitures).

  • If Enterprise Revenue CAGR is greater than Threshold Enterprise Revenue CAGR (as determined after the end of the Performance Period), you will be entitled to a prorated Revenue Performance Share Number.

  • Any Shares issuable to you under your Performance Share Award will be issued within 60 days after the Committee’s determination of Relative TSR and Enterprise Revenue CAGR; provided however, that the Company’s obligation to issue such shares is subject to Section 5 of this Agreement.

Revenue CAGR means the compound annual growth rate of Revenue over the Performance Period.
