Reuters Screen LIBOR Page definition

Reuters Screen LIBOR Page means the display on the Reuters screen LIBOR01 page or LIBOR02 page, as specified in applicable pricing supplement, on the Reuters 3000 Xtra service (or any successor service) (or any replacement page or pages on the Reuters 3000 Xtra service or any successor service on which London interbank rates of major banks for the relevant index currency are displayed).

Reuters Screen LIBOR Page means the display designated as page "LIBOR" on the Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service (or such other page as may replace the LIBOR page for the purposes of displaying London interbank offered rates of major banks).

Reuters Screen LIBOR Page means the display on the Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service, or any successor service, on the page designated as "LIBO" or any replacement page or pages on which London interbank rates of major banks for the Index Currency are displayed.

Examples of Reuters Screen LIBOR Page in a sentence

• If at least two (2) such offered rates appear on the Reuters Screen LIBOR Page, LIBOR with respect to such Interest Reset Date will be the arithmetic mean of such offered rates as determined by the Calculation Agent.

• Reuters Screen LIBOR Page – the display designated as page “LIBO” on the Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service (or any successor to such page or service).

• If at least two such offered rates appear on the applicable Reuters Screen LIBOR Page, LIBOR with respect to such Interest Reset Date will be the arithmetic mean of such offered rates as determined by the Calculation Agent.

• If neither a Reuters Screen LIBOR Page nor Bloomberg Page is specified in the applicable pricing supplement, LIBOR will be determined as if a Reuters Screen LIBOR Page had been so specified.

• LIBOR will be the London interbank offered rate per annum for three-month deposits in U.S. dollars beginning on such Interest Reset Date, as such rate appears on the Reuters Screen LIBOR Page (as defined below) as of approximately 11:00 A.M., London time, on the day that is two London Business Days prior to such Interest Reset Date (such date, the “LIBOR Interest Determination Date”).

Reuters Screen LIBOR Page means the display on the Reuters Screen LIBOR01 Page or Reuters Screen LIBOR02 Page, as specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement, or any successor or replacement service, on which London interbank rates of major banks for the Index Currency are displayed.

Reuters Screen LIBOR Page means the display designated as page LIBOR on the Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service or such other page as may replace the LIBOR page on that service for the purpose of displaying London interbank offered rates of major banks.

Reuters Screen LIBOR Page means the display on the Reuters screen LIBOR01 page or Reuters screen LIBOR02 page, as specified in the applicable final terms, or any replacement page or pages on which London interbank rates of major banks for the relevant underlyer currency are displayed.

Reuters Screen LIBOR Page means Reuters Screen LIBOR01 Page.

Reuters Screen LIBOR Page means the display designated as LIBOR01 on the Reuters 3000 Xtra (or any other page as may replace that page on that service, or such other service as may be nominated as the information vendor, for purposes of displaying such information) for the purpose of displaying the London interbank rates of major banks for the applicable Index Currency.

Reuters Screen LIBOR Page means, unless otherwise specified in your pricing supplement, the display on the Reuters screen LIBOR01 page, or any replacement page or pages on which London interbank rates of major banks for the relevant index currency are displayed.

Reuters Screen LIBOR Page means the Reuters Screen Page specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement, provided that, if no Reuters Screen Page is so specified, then the applicable page will be the Reuters Screen LIBOR01 Page, or any successor or replacement service, on which London interbank rates of major banks for the Index Currency are displayed.
