Returnable Documents means the following documents:
Returnable Documents means the following documents: 1.1.12.1 duly signed and completed (price schedule) of this RFT; 1.1.12.2 Annexure A: JV/Consortium Agreement (if applicable); 1.1.12.3 duly completed and signed Annexure SBD 1 – Invitation to Bid; 1.1.12.4 Latest print out of CSD Report; 1.1.12.5 duly completed and signed Annexure SBD 4 – Declaration of Interest; 1.1.12.6 duly completed and signed Annexure SBD 6.1 – Preference Point Claim Form; BBBEE certificate, duly completed and signed Annexure SBD 6.1 for each tender item; 1.1.12.7 duly completed and signed Annexure SBD 8 – Declaration of Past SCM Practices; and 1.1.12.8 duly completed and signed Annexure SBD 9 - Certificate of Independent Bid Determination. 1.2.9 “Tenderer” shall mean the person submitting a Tender in response to this RFT; 1.2.10 “Tender” or “Tender Submission” shall mean bid documents submitted in response to this RFT; 1.2.11 “Premises” shall mean the GPW’s production facility, situated at 149 Bosman Street, Pretoria, Republic of South Africa; 1.2.12 “Successful Respondent” shall mean the person to whom the Definitive Agreement is awarded through the process contemplated in this RFT;
Returnable Documents means the SBD1 Form provided in paragraph 1, the forms described in paragraph 26.1, B-BBEE certificate as per paragraph 18.1, the tax compliance requirement set out in paragraph 37, due diligence declaration required by paragraph 38.2 and all information required by Section 9.

Returnable Documents means all the Documents, Sections and Annexures, as listed in the tables below:
Returnable Documents means this RFP Document, initialled on each page and signed in full on the last page by or on behalf of a Respondent;
Returnable Documents means the aggregate of (i) all documents pertaining to the Property provided by Seller to Buyer, and (ii) all surveys, soil and other non-proprietary third-party prepared studies obtained by Buyer on or before any termination of this Agreement.
Returnable Documents means every document listed in this RFP Document which must be returned by Bidders duly completed;

Related to Returnable Documents

  • Sale Documents means this Agreement, the Fee Agreement, the Exhibits hereto to which the Seller is a party and all other certificates, instruments, agreements and documents executed from time to time by the Seller in connection with the transactions contemplated in this Agreement.

  • RFP Documents means the following documents to be entered into by the parties to the respective agreements in connection with the supply of power:

  • Assigned Agreements means all agreements and contracts to which such Grantor is a party as of the date hereof, or to which such Grantor becomes a party after the date hereof, including, without limitation, each Material Contract, as each such agreement may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Specified Documents means, with respect to any Property File, each document listed in the definition of “Property File”.

  • Assigned Documents has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 2.12.

  • Verification Documents means, with respect to any Note Owner, a certification from such Note Owner certifying that such Person is in fact, a Note Owner, as well as one additional piece of documentation reasonably satisfactory to the recipient, such as a trade confirmation, account statement, letter from a broker or dealer or other similar document. The foregoing definitions shall be equally applicable to both the singular and plural forms of the defined terms. Unless otherwise inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement, all accounting terms used herein shall be interpreted, and all accounting determinations hereunder shall be made, in accordance with GAAP. Amounts to be calculated hereunder shall be continuously recalculated at the time any information relevant to such calculation changes.

  • IP Agreements means all material Copyright Licenses, Patent Licenses, Trademark Licenses, and all other agreements, permits, consents, orders and franchises relating to the license, development, use or disclosure of any material Intellectual Property to which a Pledgor, now or hereafter, is a party or a beneficiary.

  • Material Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 5.23.

  • Purchased Asset Documents means, with respect to a Purchased Asset, the documents comprising the Purchased Asset File for such Purchased Asset.

  • Acquisition Documents means the Acquisition Agreement, all other agreements to be entered into between the Target or its Affiliates and Holdings or its Affiliates in connection with the Acquisition and all schedules, exhibits and annexes to each of the foregoing and all side letters, instruments and agreements affecting the terms of the foregoing or entered into in connection therewith.

  • Title Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.

  • Supporting Documents means all documents and information reasonably requested by the Bank in connection with the opening and operation of any Account, the execution of any Transaction and the provision of any Related Service, including:

  • Seller Agreements means those agreements between Seller and third parties, including Artists and/or PRO, wherein Seller is entitled to receive the Percentage Interest of all Assets.

  • Disclosure Documents is defined in Section 5.3.

  • Trade Agreements means any applicable trade agreement to which Ontario is a signatory.

  • Specified Agreements means agreements relating to the following matters, namely:

  • L/C Documents is defined in Section 3.4 hereof.

  • Contractor Documents means one or more document, agreement or other instrument required by Contractor in connection with the performance of the products and services being purchased by the State, regardless of format, including the license agreement, end user license agreement or similar document, any hyperlinks to documents contained in the Contractor Documents, agreement or other instrument and any other paper or “shrinkwrap,” “clickwrap,” “browsewrap” or other electronic version thereof.

  • Material Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 3.09(a).

  • Exception Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.

  • Company IP Agreements means all licenses, sublicenses, consent to use agreements, settlements, coexistence agreements, covenants not to xxx, permissions and other Contracts (including any right to receive or obligation to pay royalties or any other consideration), whether written or oral, relating to Intellectual Property to which the Company is a party, beneficiary or otherwise bound.

  • Collective Agreements means all collective bargaining agreements or union agreements applicable to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries and all related letters, memoranda of understanding or other written communication with bargaining agents for any Company Employees applicable to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries which impose obligations upon the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Public Documents As defined in Section 4.02(a) of this Agreement.

  • Acceptable Document of Title means, with respect to any Inventory, a tangible, negotiable xxxx of lading or other Document (as defined in the UCC) that (a) is issued by a common carrier which is not an Affiliate of the Approved Foreign Vendor or any Loan Party which is in actual possession of such Inventory, (b) is issued to the order of a Loan Party or, if so requested by the Agent, to the order of the Agent, (c) names the Agent as a notify party and bears a conspicuous notation on its face of the Agent’s security interest therein, (d) is not subject to any Lien (other than in favor of the Agent), and (e) is on terms otherwise reasonably acceptable to the Agent.
