Return of Service Term definition

Return of Service Term means the duration the Participant must provide a Return of Service under this Contract, which is set out in Section 5.2.

Return of Service Term means the duration the Participant must provide a Return of Service on a Full-Time Basis, which is set out in the Contract and is a three-year term for a specialty medicine Participant.

• The Return of Service Term end date will be amended to reflect the time required to complete the additional training.2. The Province may approve Category 2 Enhanced Skills Training at University of British Columbia in consultation with the Health Authority.3. The Province may approve other training pathways depending on Health Authority and community needs, funding availability (if applicable), and physician resource requirements.
