Return of Service Term definition

Return of Service Term means the duration the Participant must provide a Return of Service under this Contract, which is set out in Section 5.2.
Return of Service Term means the duration the Participant must provide a Return of Service on a Full-Time Basis, which is set out in the Contract and is a three-year term for a specialty medicine Participant.
Return of Service Term means the duration the Participant must provide a Return of Service on a Full-Time Basis, which is set out in the Contract and is a two-year term for a family medicine Participant and three-year term for a specialty medicine Participant; and

Related to Return of Service Term

  • Ramp-Up Period means the period from and including the Effective Date to, but excluding, September 23, 2016.

  • Vesting Date has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10(c)(ii).

  • Minimum Period of Service means a period of 12 consecutive months beginning on the Service Start Date, unless set out otherwise in any applicable Order.
