Return of Aircraft definition

Return of Aircraft. With respect to the Aircraft, at the expiration of the Term, or upon the termination of this Sublease pursuant to Section 16, Sublessee, at its own expense, shall, except as otherwise provided in Section 16, return such Aircraft by delivering the same to Sublessor at such place as Sublessor may specify on Sublessee's route structure, or, at Sublessor's expense, at any other location in the continental United States of America."
Return of Aircraft shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Article 2.4.

Related to Return of Aircraft

  • New Aircraft Has the meaning specified in the Note Purchase Agreement.

  • Aircraft means any machine that can derive support in the atmosphere from the reactions of the air other than the reactions of the air against the earth’s surface;

  • aircraft type means all aircraft of the same basic design including all modifications thereto except those modifications which result in a change in handling or flight characteristics;

  • Leased Aircraft Has the meaning specified in the third recital to this Trust Supplement.

  • Eligible Aircraft has the meaning set forth in the second recital to the Note Purchase Agreement.

  • Replacement Aircraft means the Aircraft of which a Replacement Airframe is part.

  • Owned Aircraft Has the meaning specified in the third recital to this Trust Supplement.

  • Substitute Aircraft Has the meaning specified in the NPA.

  • Flight Hour means each hour or part thereof elapsing from the moment at which the wheels of the Aircraft (or other aircraft in the case of Parts or Engines temporarily installed on such other aircraft) leave the ground on the take-off of the Aircraft (or such other aircraft) until the wheels of the Aircraft (or such other aircraft) touch the ground on the landing of the Aircraft (or such other aircraft) following such take-off.

  • Delivery Month means each month specified as such by the Exchange pursuant to

  • aircraft engines means aircraft engines (other than those used in military, customs or police services) powered by jet propulsion or turbine or piston technology and:

  • Return Location means the location from which the Vehicle was hired and which is shown in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A.

  • Flight means any flight demonstration, flight test, taxi test, or other flight made in the performance of this contract, of for the purpose of safeguarding the aircraft, or previously approved in writing by the Contracting Officer.

  • Model Year means the CI engine manufacturer’s annual production period, which includes January 1st of a calendar year, or if the manufacturer has no annual production period, the calendar year.

  • Aircraft Liability This policy does not cover "aircraft liability".
