Return Location definition

Return Location means the location from which the Vehicle was hired and which is shown in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A.
Return Location has the meaning provided in Clause 17.1.
Return Location has the meaning given to such term in Section 6.1 hereof.

Examples of Return Location in a sentence

  • We shall return the container in good/sound condition at the Line’s nominated Empty Return Location mentioned on Delivery Order / Empty off-loading letter or any other similar document within validity period.

  • This will also cover cases where consignee or his appointed CHA or transporter fail to return the container to the Line’s nominated Empty Return Location within Delivery Order validity.

  • You will continue to be responsible for the rental of the Vehicle, including demurrage, until the Vehicle is returned to the Return Location.

  • The Vehicle must be returned at the Return Time and at the Return Location.

More Definitions of Return Location

Return Location means the location that Guest is to return the Vehicle to, as specified in the rental contract.
Return Location means Wilmington Airpark, Wilmington, Ohio, or as otherwise mutually agreed by Lessor and Lessee.

In the event LESSOR directs LESSEE to return the Aircraft in the western continental United States, LESSOR shall pay LESSEE's ferry costs (including the cost of fuel, which cost to LESSOR shall be the same cost as charged to LESSEE at the point of fueling) from Honolulu to such location (unless the Aircraft is being returned due to the occurrence of an Event of Default).
Return Location means such location within the continental United States on Lessee's regional jet route system at one of its principal maintenance bases as may be designated by Lessor and, so long as no Default or Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing, acceptable to Lessee.
