Return Date means the date on which the Insured is scheduled to return to the point where the Trip started or to a different specified Return Destination. This date is specified in the travel documents.
return period means the period following expiry of the maximum parking stay in that parking place during which the driver shall not return the vehicle to the parking place;
Return Location means the location from which the Vehicle was hired and which is shown in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A.
Cash Flow mean net income after taxes, and exclusive of extraordinary gains and income, plus depreciation and amortization.
Return Destination means the place to which the Insured expects to return from his/her Trip as shown in the Application.
Return means an amount derived from or associated with an investment, including profit; dividend; interest; capital gain; royalty payment; management, technical assistance or other fee; or returns in kind;
Peak flow means the maximum instantaneous rate of flow of water at a particular point resulting from a storm event.
Return on Assets means the percentage equal to the Company’s or a business unit’s Operating Income before incentive compensation, divided by average net Company or business unit, as applicable, assets, determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
Return on Sales means the percentage equal to the Company’s or a business unit’s Operating Income before incentive compensation, divided by the Company’s or the business unit’s, as applicable, revenue, determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
Return on Invested Capital for a period shall mean earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization divided by the difference of total assets less non-interest bearing current liabilities.
Return Bid has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “Dutch Auction”.
Tax return preparer means any individual described in Section 7701(a)(36) of the Internal Revenue Code and 26 C.F.R. 301.7701-15 .
Net Cash Flow means the gross cash proceeds to the Company from all sources, less the portion thereof used to pay or establish reserves for Company expenses, debt payments (including payments on Member Loans), capital improvements, replacements and contingencies, all as determined by the Member.
Return on Equity means the percentage equal to the Company’s Net Income divided by average stockholder’s equity, determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
Total Return Swap means an agreement between counterparties in which one party agrees to make payments of the total return from underlying asset(s), which may include securities, baskets of securities, or securities indices during the specified period, in return for payments equal to a fixed or floating rate of interest or the total return from other underlying asset(s).
Free Cash Flow means, for any Person for any period, EBITDA plus cash interest income of such Person for such period, less income taxes, Capital Expenditures and Investments (to the extent made in compliance with this Agreement), Scheduled Debt Service (if any) and variations in working capital made in the ordinary course of business, with respect to such period.
Excess Cash Flow means, for any period, an amount equal to the excess of:
Operating Income means the Company’s or a business unit’s income from operations but excluding any unusual items, determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
Operating Cash Flow means the Company’s or a business unit’s sum of Net Income plus depreciation and amortization less capital expenditures plus changes in working capital comprised of accounts receivable, inventories, other current assets, trade accounts payable, accrued expenses, product warranty, advance payments from customers and long-term accrued expenses, determined in accordance with generally acceptable accounting principles.
