Retirement Income Trust Fund definition

Retirement Income Trust Fund means the trust fund account established by the Director and into which annual Contributions will be made by the Bank on behalf of the Director pursuant to Subsection 2.1. The contractual rights of the Bank and the Director with respect to the Retirement Income Trust Fund shall be outlined in a separate writing to be known as the Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Grantor Trust agreement.

Examples of Retirement Income Trust Fund in a sentence

  • In the event the Executive dies prior to his Benefit Eligibility Date, his Beneficiary shall be entitled to receive the balance of the Executive's Retirement Income Trust Fund in a lump sum within thirty (30) days of the date the Administrator receives notice of the Executive's death.

  • The trustee shall maintain an account, separate and distinct from the Executive=s personal contributions, which account shall constitute the Retirement Income Trust Fund.

  • All benefits other than those available from previous Contributions to the Retirement Income Trust Fund under this Agreement shall be forfeited, and this Agreement shall become null and void.

  • In the event of a termination of the Agreement, the Executive shall be entitled to the balance, if any, of his Retirement Income Trust Fund (and Accrued Benefit Account, if applicable), measured as of the date of plan termination.

  • If the Executive exercises his withdrawal rights pursuant to Subsection 2.2, no further Contributions to the Retirement Income Trust Fund shall be required of the Bank.

  • No amendment or termination of the Agreement shall directly or indirectly deprive the Executive of all or any portion of the Executive's Retirement Income Trust Fund (and Accrued Benefit Account, if applicable) as of the effective date of the resolution amending or terminating the Agreement.

  • SECTION VII BENEFICIARY DESIGNATION The Executive shall make an initial designation of primary and secondary Beneficiaries upon execution of this Agreement and shall have the right to change such designation, at any subsequent time, by submitting to (i) the Administrator, and (ii) the trustee of the Retirement Income Trust Fund, in substantially the form attached as Exhibit B to this Agreement, a written designation of primary and secondary Beneficiaries.

  • The lump sum benefit(s) to which the Executive is entitled shall include: (i) the balance of the Retirement Income Trust Fund, plus (ii) the balance of the Accrued Benefit Account (if applicable), both measured as of the disability determination date.

  • Such Contributions to the Retirement Income Trust Fund shall commence in the Plan Year in which the Retirement Income Trust Fund is established and shall continue, annually, through the Plan Year in which the Executive dies.

  • If the Executive is terminated for Cause, all benefits under this Agreement, other than those which can be paid from previous Contributions to the Retirement Income Trust Fund (and earnings on such Contributions), shall be forfeited.

  • Investment Income means dividends, capital gains, or interest in- come generated from:

  • Supplemental Retirement Income Benefit means an annual amount (before taking into account federal and state income taxes), payable in monthly installments throughout the Payout Period. Such benefit is projected pursuant to the Agreement for the purpose of determining the Contributions to be made to the Retirement Income Trust Fund (or Phantom Contributions to be recorded in the Accrued Benefit Account). The annual Contributions and Phantom Contributions have been actuarially determined, using the assumptions set forth in Exhibit A, in order to fund for the projected Supplemental Retirement Income Benefit. The Supplemental Retirement Income Benefit for which Contributions (or Phantom Contributions) are being made (or recorded) is set forth in Exhibit A.

  • Trust Income has the meaning set forth in the Trust Agreement.

  • Retirement Account means any retirement or pension fund or account, listed in Iowa Code section 627.6(8)“f” as exempt from execution, regardless of the amount of contribution, the interest generated, or the total amount in the fund or account.

  • Retirement fund means the "Washington law enforcement

  • Pension Benefits Act means The Pension Benefits Act of Ontario and regulations thereunder as amended from time to time.

  • Income trust means a trust or an entity, including corporate and non-corporate entities, the securities of which entitle the holder to net cash flows generated by an underlying business or income-producing properties owned through the trust or by the entity;

  • Exempt income means all of the following:

  • Basic health benefit plan means any plan offered to an individual, a small group,

  • the Trust Fund means the Bond(s) referred to in the First Schedule to the Declaration of Trust and the property from time to time representing the same (and also includes any other property which may become Trust Property as a result of any loan to the Trustees or any addition by way of gift or any accumulation of income).

  • Retirement home means a building used for living quarters for more than seven persons who are 65 years or older;

  • Individual retirement account means a trust, custodial arrangement, or annuity under Section 408(a) or (b), Internal Revenue Code of 1954 (26 U.S.C. Section 408 (1986)).

  • the Contributions and Benefits Act means the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992;

  • Pension Benefit Plan means at any time any employee pension benefit plan (including a Multiple Employer Plan, but not a Multiemployer Plan) which is covered by Title IV of ERISA or is subject to the minimum funding standards under Section 412 of the Code and either (i) is maintained by any member of the Controlled Group for employees of any member of the Controlled Group; or (ii) has at any time within the preceding five years been maintained by any entity which was at such time a member of the Controlled Group for employees of any entity which was at such time a member of the Controlled Group.

  • Retirement Plans means the retirement income, supplemental executive retirement, excess benefits and retiree medical, life and similar benefit plans providing retirement perquisites, benefits and service credit for benefits at least as great in the aggregate as are payable thereunder prior to a Change in Control;

  • Pre-Incentive Fee Net Investment Income means interest income, dividend income and any other income (including any other fees, other than fees for providing managerial assistance, such as commitment, origination, structuring, diligence and consulting fees or other fees that the Corporation receives from portfolio companies) accrued during the calendar quarter, minus the Corporation’s operating expenses for the quarter (including the Base Management Fee, expenses reimbursed to the Adviser under this Agreement and any interest expense and dividends paid on any issued and outstanding preferred stock, but excluding the Incentive Fee). Pre-Incentive Fee Net Investment Income includes, in the case of investments with a deferred interest feature (such as original issue discount debt instruments with payment-in-kind interest and zero coupon securities), accrued income that the Corporation has not yet received in cash. Pre-Incentive Fee Net Investment Income does not include any realized capital gains, realized capital losses or unrealized capital appreciation or depreciation.

  • Retirement Plan means a plan which provides retirement benefits to you and which is not funded wholly by your contributions. The term shall not include a profit-sharing plan, informal salary continuation plan, registered retirement savings plan, stock ownership plan, 401(K) or a non-qualified plan of deferred compensation.

  • Administrative Code means the San Francisco Administrative Code.

  • Retirement Accounts has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1(F)(7) hereof.

  • Health benefit plan means a policy, contract, certificate or agreement offered or issued by a health carrier to provide, deliver, arrange for, pay for or reimburse any of the costs of health care services.

  • Health Savings Account means an account as permitted under section 223 of the internal revenue code of 1986, 26 USC 223.

  • Match funding or “match share” means cash or in-kind (non-cash) contributions provided by the Applicant/Recipient, subcontractors, or other parties that will be used in performance of the proposed project. Match share percentage is calculated by dividing the total match share contributions by the total allowable project cost. “Total allowable project cost” is the sum of the CEC’s reimbursable share and Recipient’s match share of the project costs. Match share expenditures have the following requirements:

  • Family income means all income that is included in a determination of family income under section 143(f) of the internal revenue code, 26 USC 143(f), together with the income of all adults who will reside in the residence, which income might otherwise be excluded from consideration because the individual was not expected to both live in the residence and be primarily or secondarily liable on the mortgage note.

  • Plan Trust means the trust governed by the Plan.

  • Compensation and Benefit Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 5.03(m).

  • covenant income means the gross income payable to a full-time student under a Deed of Covenant by his parent;
