Retention Funds definition

Retention Funds means funds held in the Retention Account. Shareholders means the shareholders of Origo from time to time. Termination Date means the date on which a termination of this Agreement takes effect in accordance with clause 8. Unlisted Asset Disposal means the disposal of any unlisted asset(s):
Retention Funds. See Paragraph 2.3(c).
