Retention Arrangements definition

Retention Arrangements means the Company's employee retention plan and key executive retention plan described in Part 2.5 of the Company Disclosure Schedule.
Retention Arrangements means those certain agreements listed on Annex III attached hereto between Employees of the Business and Parent or one of the Target Companies or Target Subsidiaries.

More Definitions of Retention Arrangements

Retention Arrangements means those letter agreements issued to Employees of the Business listed in Section 6(e)(ii) of the Disclosure Schedule.
