The Certificate Administrator shall make available to the Retaining Party its account information as mutually agreed upon by the Certificate Administrator and such Retaining Party, and in accordance with the Certificate Administrator’s policies and procedures.

Under no circumstances by virtue of safekeeping the Risk Retention Certificates shall the Certificate Administrator be obligated to bring legal action or institute proceedings against any person on behalf of the Retaining Party.
