Retained Products definition

Retained Products means any Product(s) other than a Divestiture Product.

Retained Products means any Product(s) other than a Divestiture Product that is manufactured, in Development, marketed, sold, owned, controlled, or licensed by a Respondent anywhere in the world on or before the Acquisition Date and that has not been discontinued or permanently withdrawn from the market.

Retained Products means products of Honeywell or its Affiliates, which are not Existing Products.

• If ARES TRADING so elects, or if ARES TRADING terminates this Agreement under Section 11.2 only with respect to the Research Programs (and not in its entirety), then the Research Programs will terminate and this Agreement will remain in full force and effect with respect solely to the Retained Products, including the terms of Article 8.

More Definitions of Retained Products

Retained Products means each product of Seller Parent and its Subsidiaries that is not a Product, including without limitation Angiomax, Ionsys, Inclisiran and MDCO-700.
