Retained Premises the Building excluding the Premises and any other Lettable Premises
Retained Premises means the aggregate rentable square feet located in each Property as set forth on Exhibit B, which shall be leased by Seller from Purchaser for a term commencing on the Settlement Date pursuant to the terms of the Retained Premises Lease.
