Each Restricted Party agrees that for a period of two and one half years commencing on the Closing Date, such Restricted Party shall not, and shall cause its Subsidiaries not to, solicit, induce, recruit or encourage any Retained Employee to leave or terminate their employment with a Buyer Party or any of its Subsidiaries.
Buyer shall in no way be obligated to continue to employ any Retained Employee for any specific period of time.
