Retained Counsel definition

Retained Counsel shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12.17.
Retained Counsel means counsel selected to defend an Indemnified Claim pursuant to Section 5.2 of this Agreement.
Retained Counsel has the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(c)(v)(B).
