Retailer Marks definition

Retailer Marks means the names and any related marks, tradestyles, trademarks, service marks, logos or similar proprietary designations as the same currently exist and as they may be amended or adopted by Retailer or its affiliates from time to time hereafter. As of the date hereof, the Retailer Marks include those listed on Schedule 7.10.
Retailer Marks means the various tradenames, trademarks, servicemarks and logos of Retailer set forth on Exhibit A hereto.
Retailer Marks means the names, trade names, logos, service marks and trademarks of Retailer identified on Schedule 2.5(a).

More Definitions of Retailer Marks

Retailer Marks has the meaning given to it in Section 12.3(a).
Retailer Marks means the names, trade names, logos, service marks and trademarks of Retailer identified on Schedule 2.5(a). “Retailer Matters” has the meaning set forth in Section 4.10(a).

Related to Retailer Marks

  • Licensed Marks means the Localized Game Marks and such other trademarks expressly authorized in writing by Shengqu to be used by the Licensees.

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Licensed Material means the artistic or literary work, database, or other material to which the Licensor applied this Public License.

  • Product brand name means the name of the product exactly as it appears on the principal display panel of the product.

  • Promotional Materials means the core written, printed, video or graphic advertising, promotional, educational and communication materials (other than Collaboration Product labeling) for marketing, advertising and promotion of the Collaboration Products.

  • Company Marks means the trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, and/or service names of the Company.
