Retail Unit means the space demised under the Retail Unit Lease.
Retail Unit means the “Retail Unit” as defined in the Condominium Declaration and as shown on the Condominium Plans.

Retail Unit shall have the meaning set forth in that certain Declaration of Easements, dated as of December 3, 1997, between TSP and Atlantic Financial Group, Ltd., recorded on December 18, 1997, in the Office of the City Register, New York County, in Reel 2523, Page 2084, and includes, among other things, (i) a fee simple interest in certain portions of the Building (i.e., most of the first, second and third floors of the Building and certain portions of the fourth floor and the first floor of the cellar), (ii) an undivided twenty five percent (25%) fee interest in the general common elements of the Building (e.g., the underlying land and all shared utility facilities), and (iii) various access and other easements (including access to the hotel located on the upper floors of the Building, the general common elements of the Building and the limited common elements appurtenant to the portions of the Building referenced in clause (i) above).
Retail Unit has the meaning ascribed to such term in the Master Loan Agreement.

Retail Unit means one or more units to be built as part of the Retail Project, the tax exemption upon which shall continue and inure to the benefit of any Owner, and its successors and assigns, in accordance with the terms hereof.
