Retail Transactions definition

Retail Transactions means any successful VISA transaction charged to the Debit Card with transaction date falling within each Relevant Month, provided that the following transactions shall not constitute valid Retail Transactions for purposes of this Promotion:
Retail Transactions means all purchase of goods or services charged to the Card, excluding all Cash Advances, Balance Transfers, Instalment Payment Plans, other credit plans, fees and charges;
Retail Transactions or “Retail Spend” means, for the purpose of this Programme, the purchase of any goods or services locally or overseas which have been effected with or charged to the Card but shall EXCLUDE (the list below is not exhaustive and HLB reserves the sole right to determine if a transaction fall within the definition of Retail Transactions or Retail Spend):

  • However, if only the Minimum Payment Due is paid or partial payment of the outstanding balance is made by the Member on or before the Payment Due Date, Finance Charge(s) on the abovementioned fresh Retail Transactions will be imposed from the day the transaction is posted to the VISA/MASTERCARD Business Credit Card Account and such Finance Charge(s) will be reflected in the following month's Statement of Account.

Retail Transactions. Means transactions effected through the use of Card via Visa Network excluding cash withdrawal transactions.
Retail Transactions means all purchases of goods or services charged to the Credit Card, excluding all Cash Advances, Balance Transfers, Instalment Payment Plans, other credit plans, fees and charges.
Retail Transactions means purchases made on the Credit Card by the Card member that excludes cash advances, quasi cash transactions, any refunds, any bank charge reversals, Balance Transfer transactions, Cash on Phone transactions, Credit Card Payments or any other transaction as determined by the bank from time to time, hereinafter also referred to as ‘Purchase’.

Retail Transactions refer to retail purchases transacted locally and overseas. Retail Transactions exclude the following:
Retail Transactions means for the purpose of this Programme, the purchase of any goods or services locally or overseas which have been effected with or charged to the Card but shall exclude: i cash withdrawal in any method (i.e. Automated Teller Machine, over-the- counter, quasi cash, cash advance etc.); ii portfolio products such as Balance Transfer (BT), Call-For-Cash Plus (CFC Plus), Call-For-Cash (CFC) and Flexi Payment Plan (FPP); iii card protection plan; iv refunded, disputed, unsuccessful, reversed, unauthorized, fraudulent or unlawful transactions; v all government related transactions and payment via HL Connect; and/or vi any form of services or miscellaneous fees, including finance charges and fees such as credit card annual fee, late payment charges and government service tax (if applicable), as determined by the Bank from time to time.
