Retail Sites definition

Retail Sites means any retail store sites located on Business Real Property, including all real property and buildings, structures, improvements, fixtures, building systems and equipment located thereon.
Retail Sites means, collectively, all of the Properties other than the Distribution Sites.
Retail Sites shall have the meaning specified in the first recital.
