Retail Partner definition

Retail Partner means an agent, appointed by Samsung to sell Subscriptions under the Program.

Retail Partner means an agent, appointed by Samsung to sell Subscriptions under the Program. Retail Store means any Samsung store or any retail store in Australia approved by Samsung to sell the Program. Samsung means Samsung Electronics Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 63 002 915 648). Samsung Care+ Portal means an on-line web portal, which may be accessed via the Website, and which Subscribers will use to lodge Swap Requests and Mobile Refresh Requests and carry out other administrative tasks in relation to the Program.
Retail Partner means a retailer, if any, who makes incentives, rewards, goods or services available in connection with the Card Program through a separate agreement with Client, as contemplated by the Implementation Plan or otherwise agreed by the Parties.

Such control shall include the ability of the Contractor to make payment of monies from the Force Account in respect of any expenditure incurred in connection with the Retail Business; and 58.4.4 obtain the necessary approval from the VAT and Customs and Excise Authorities. 58.5 In the event that the Treaty of Establishment or any other RoC VAT and Excise law is amended after the Service Commencement Date such that the arrangements in respect of the Force Account are not beneficial or necessary, the Contract shall be amended accordingly. 58.6 The Force Account shall be used solely for the purposes of the Retail Business. 58.7 The Authority shall not withdraw amounts from the Force Account without prior written notice to be given to the Contractor. 58.8 The Contractor shall be entitled to withdraw amounts from the Force Account to the extent related to the Retail Business.
