Retail Fees definition

Retail Fees means the Access Fees, Survey Fees, and Use Fees actually charged by HBI for access and use of the HBI Database to Persons who have not (i) entered into an exclusive relationship with HBI for online internet research services (subject to limited exceptions such as those granted hereunder), or (ii) made an upfront license or access fee or similar payment to, or other equivalent financial arrangement with, HBI for use of the HBI Database.
