Retail electric service provider definition

Retail electric service provider means any entity in this state that provides retail electric service as defined by division (A)(27) of section4928.01 of the Revised Code.
Retail electric service provider. MEANS A SELLER, MARKETER, BROKER, AGGREGATOR, OR OTHER PERSON PROVIDING ANY COMPONENT OF FORMERLY REGULATED ELECTRIC SERVICE WHICH IS A COMPETITIVE SERVICE.
