Retail Center definition

Retail Center means real estate primarily improved for use as retail establishments, principally multi-tenant shopping centers.

Retail Center means a downtown area or recognized neighborhood or regional shopping mall.

Retail Center has the meaning ascribed to such term in Exhibit “B”.
