The creation and maintenance of the liquidation account will not operate to restrict the use or application of any of the regulatory capital accounts of the Resulting Institution; provided, however, that such regulatory capital accounts will not be voluntarily reduced below the required dollar amount of the liquidation account.
After the Effective Time, the Resulting Institution will continue to issue deposit accounts, including savings accounts, on the same basis as immediately prior to the Effective Time.
The location of the principal office and other offices of the Resulting Institution are listed in Appendix A hereto attached.
