Resultant Data definition

Resultant Data means information, data and other content that is derived by or through the Services from Processing Customer Data and is sufficiently different from such Customer Data that such Customer Data cannot be reverse engineered or otherwise identified from the inspection, analysis or further Processing of such information, data or content.
Resultant Data means information, data and other content that is derived by or through the Services from Processing or aggregating Licensee Data and is sufficiently different from such Licensee Data that such Licensee Data cannot be reverse engineered or otherwise identified from the inspection, analysis or further Processing of such information, data or content.
Resultant Data means data and information related to Customer's use of the Services that is used by Provider in an aggregate and anonymized manner, including to compile statistical and performance information related to the provision and operation of the Services.

  • Resultant Data includes original Data files received for analysis from Participating Agencies and a crosswalk of unique generic identifiers used to connect the analyzed data together.

Resultant Data refers to data derived in whole or in part by Recipient from Data and/or Materials provided under this DMDA.
