Restructuring Transactions Notice definition

Restructuring Transactions Notice means the notice filed with the Bankruptcy Court on or before the Exhibit Filing Date as Exhibit H to this Plan listing the Restructuring Debtors and briefly describing the relevant Restructuring Transactions, including the corporate structure of the Reorganized Debtors as described in Exhibit I to this Plan.

Restructuring Transactions Notice means the notice contained in the Plan Supplement listing the relevant Restructuring Transactions.

• On the Effective Date, the applicable Debtors or the Reorganized Debtors shall enter into the Restructuring Transactions, if any, and shall take any actions as may be necessary or appropriate to effect a corporate restructuring of their respective businesses or a corporate restructuring of the overall corporate structure of the Reorganized Debtors, as and to the extent provided in the Restructuring Transactions Notice.

• The Restructuring Transactions will be listed and described in the Restructuring Transactions Notice.

• Each of the steps and transactions comprising the Restructuring Transactions necessary to be completed on or before the Implementation Date shall be effected in the sequence set out in the Restructuring Transactions Notice.

More Definitions of Restructuring Transactions Notice

Restructuring Transactions Notice means the notice to be filed with the Bankruptcy Court on or before the Exhibit Filing Date, which shall be substantially in the form attached as Exhibit I.B.158 hereto, listing the Restructuring Debtors and describing the relevant Restructuring Transactions, and as thereafter modified consistent with the Plan to the extent reasonably acceptable to the Creditors’ Committee, the Ad Hoc Group of Noteholders and the Syndicate Agreement Agent, with a final Restructuring Transactions Notice to be filed with the Bankruptcy Court upon the Effective Date.
